Crab Linguine

Crab Linguine

Learn how to make a restaurant favourite at home, our signature crab Linguine with chilli and rocket.

Ingredients

100g white crab meat 

100g brown crab meat 

2 cloves garlic 

1 red chilli

140g dried pasta

1 small white onion sliced 

10g parsley 

1 tpsb tomato paste 

100ml red wine 

60g rocket 

Olive oil 

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta to packet instructions and set aside to cool
  2. Fry the onions, garlic, chilli in olive oil 
  3. Add the tomato paste and cook for two minutes 
  4. Add the red wine and reduce 
  5. Add the crab meat and then the cooked pasta
  6. Finish with the parsley, finely chopped and season with lemon juice 
  7. Dress the rocket with olive oil to finish the dish 
  8. Optional: add a crab claw for garnish
