Crab Tagliatelle

Using our fresh dressed crab and organic tagliatelle or linguine pasta, you can create a restaurant-style dish in the comfort of your home following our easy recipe.

  1. Add the tagliatelle or linguine to a large pan of salted water and bring to the boil, remembering to occasionally stir to prevent the tagliatelle or linguine sticking together
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan with the chopped chilli and garlic. Cook until the ingredients begin to sizzle and then add the fresh crab meat and gently mash it together with a wooden spoon to create a thick paste
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, transfer it to the crab paste using kitchen tongs. Don’t forget to add a little of the pasta water too – this will prevent it from getting claggy
  4. Mix the ingredients together to ensure the crab paste is evenly distributed through the pasta. Then season with salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon and fresh chopped parsley
  5. Serve immediately, twirled into a large bowl with extra parsley sprinkled on top
