Dressed to impress and ready to enjoy! All our crab meat is sourced from pot-caught British crab, carefully picked and prepared in Devon. The crabs are steamed, rather than boiled to ensure a maximum flavour profile. The white crab meat is taken from the legs and the claws and has a sweet, delicate taste. The brown crab meat has a more distinctive, umami flavour.
Deliciously sweet fresh white Devon crab claw meat, perfect for adding to salads, sauces and more. The distinctive brown meat comes from the top of the shell cavity and is creamy and rich.

The daily fish market closes very early, so when ordering for 'next day' delivery, if fresh crab is unavailable, we will use (previously) frozen crab.
As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, product may occasionally be substituted with a similar alternative - we will always notify you of this.
