Gourmet Fish Finger Sandwich

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°c - gas mark 4
  2. Place the frozen fish fingers onto a preheated tray and cook for 20 minutes
  3. Leave the cooked fish fingers to cool slightly whilst you toast two slices of sourdough bread
  4. Smother a thin layer of tangy tartare sauce on one slice of toast and top with fresh lettuce, sliced gherkins, capers and fish fingers. Generously dollop the fish fingers with more tartare sauce and then press the second slice of toast on top
