Scallop & Prawn Burgers

Using our fresh scallops and frozen prawns, you can create a restaurant-style burger in the comfort of your home following our easy recipe.

  1. Blitz a handful of your prawns and chop the rest of the prawns and the scallops into small pieces.
  2. Chop your chilli, spring onions, coriander, salmon and add into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the Worcester sauce, tabasco and lemon juice to the bowl and mix with your hands.
  4. Grab a mould to set your burgers into the desired shape.
  5. Once the burgers are in the ideal shape it is now time to add them to the preheated grill.
  6. Grill each side for 2 minutes. Once the first side is done then grill your brioche buns for 15 seconds.
  7. Set your brioche buns on the serving plate and add your favourite sauce. Robin recommends sriracha mayonnaise.
  8. Add your Scallop and Prawn Burgers to the brioche and enjoy!
