Ingredients

1lb sea scallops

1 jar Gymkhana Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade

2 tbsp butter

1/2 jar Gymkhana Butter Masala Cooking Sauce

Instructions

1.⁠ ⁠Coat the scallops with Gymkhana’s Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade and the Gymkhana Butter Masala Cooking Sauce.

2.⁠ ⁠Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter.

3.⁠ ⁠Once the butter is melted and hot, add the scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

4.Place back in the shells to serve.
