Grilled Oysters, Smoked Paprika and Anchovy Butter

Ingredients

12 raw oysters

50g tin anchovies

1 tbsp smoked paprika

125g butter

1 clove garlic

Instructions

Dice the butter and leave at room temperature for 1 hour, add to a blender with the garlic, paprika and anchovies, then blitz until smooth. Keep the butter at room temperature.

Shuck the oysters and cut the meat from the shell.

Top the oysters with the butter and place on a hot BBQ.

Cook for approx 6 mins until the butter melts and starts bubbling.
