Grilled Oysters, Smoked Paprika and Anchovy Butter

Five ingredients and 20 minutes, that's all you need to create our spectacularly delicious Grilled Oysters with Smoked Paprika and Anchovy Butter.

Ingredients

  • 12 raw oysters
  • 50g tin anchovies
  • 1tbsp smoked paprika
  • 125g butter
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Dice the butter and leave at room temperature for 1 hour, add to a blender with the garlic, paprika and anchovies, then blitz until smooth. Keep the butter at room temperature.
  2. Shuck the oysters and cut the meat from the shell.
  3. Top the oysters with the butter and place on a hot BBQ.
  4. Cook for approximately 6 minutes until the butter melts and starts bubbling.
