Cuttlefish Salad

Easy Cuttlefish Salad recipe, perfect for a refreshing light lunch or snack.

Ingredients

200g cuttlefish, scored and sliced 

4 plum tomatoes

60g rocket washed 

½ a red onion finely sliced 

30g flaked almonds 

Olive oil 

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan to smoking point and add the cuttlefish. Remove to rest.
  2. Coarsely dice the tomatoes and add to a mixing bowl with the onions and rocket.
  3. Add the cuttlefish and the almonds to the salad and dress with the olive oil.
