200g cuttlefish, scored and sliced
4 plum tomatoes
60g rocket washed
½ a red onion finely sliced
30g flaked almonds

Instructions
- Heat a pan to smoking point and add the cuttlefish. Remove to rest.
- Coarsely dice the tomatoes and add to a mixing bowl with the onions and rocket.
- Add the cuttlefish and the almonds to the salad and dress with the olive oil.
