Please consider the defrost time if ordering frozen items like Beef Wellingtons and Salmon En Croute etc (a delivery date of 14th may not leave enough time if you are planning to eat it that evening).
We recommend ordering as soon as you can. All frozen and smoked seafood items can be stored until you wish to enjoy them, and the majority of our fresh fish items can be frozen on arrival if required at a later date.
If ordering fresh or live shellfish, please order as close to the 14th as possible. Note that live shellfish including oysters, mussels and clams should never be frozen. See our FAQS for more information.
