Sustainably line caught from the Indian Ocean, our smoked tuna slices have been cut from the meaty loin of the fish giving it a lovely texture. Traditionally smoked over oak wood and produced by renowned Severn & Wye smokery, the natural flavours of the tuna give it a more interesting, slightly more intense flavour compared to most smoked fish.
It can be eaten and treated just like a smoked salmon, to be enjoyed on its own, as an elegant canape or an added ingredient. Its meaty texture also makes it a healthier alternative to a beef carpaccio salad.
