Enjoy our expertly prepared Coquilles Saint Jacques, a traditional French dish made with the finest ingredients. Our Wright Brothers recipe combines delicately cooked scallop, salmon, white fish & prawns in a creamy white wine sauce, surrounded with perfectly piped mashed potato. Each coquilles is then topped with Cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs and seasoned with shallots & parsley.
Impress your guests with this easy to prepare, chef made dish. An excellent starter served with white wine or Champagne.

1. This is a defrost in transit product
2. Please ensure the dish is fully defrosted before cooking
3. Remove film & place in preheated oven at 180C / Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes
