We’re renowned for our indulgent shellfish platters served at our London restaurants, but now we’re giving you the chance to recreate your very own seafood feast At Home with our Fruits de Mer box. All you’ll need is a large serving dish or platter to arrange it on.
Our Fruits de Mer box is filled with the finest shellfish, guaranteed to impress your guests.
All the shellfish are delivered cooked and ready-to-eat, except the mussels and langoustines, so please do allow time to cook these before your celebration (see instructions below). Then all you need to do is simply arrange the shellfish on ice and serve with your favourite condiments – aioli is great for dipping and a classic mignonette is perfect for oysters.
Our Full House shellfish platter will make a generous sharing starter for 4-6. The perfect pick-me-up experience at home, or gift for your favourite seafoodie!
Each box contains:
- 1 x Regular Lobster, Cooked (400-500g live weight.. minimum cooked weight 320g
- Scottish Langoustines, Frozen, Raw (also known as Scampi, 700g)
- Fresh live Oysters (12pcs)
- Fresh live mussels (1kg)
- Cooked Crevettes, Frozen (900g)

- Steam Mussels

Deluxe Seafood Platter Box
Please store shellfish in the fridge before plating up. Please follow instructions below regarding your mussels and RAW Langoustine. Allow time to defrost the Cooked Crevettes and raw Langoustine in the fridge before cooking/serving. Please consume oysters within 3 days of delivery for optimum freshness.
Mussels Instructions: Fully submerge the mussels in cold clean tap water for a few minutes. Then drain and discard any broken mussels or mussels that remain wide open (it is normal for mussels to remain slightly open). The mussels should smell fresh with no unpleasant or strong odours.
Langoustines instructions: Let the langoustines defrost overnight in the fridge or if they are to be consumed immediately, remove them from the packaging and place them in a bowl of cold water under slow trickling water to defrost (about 10-15 minutes). Then place them in a pot filled with salted boiling water and leave them to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Lobster Tomalley: Tomalley is a soft, green substance sometimes found in the body cavity of the lobster. It functions as the liver and pancreas and is quite normal, it does not signify there is anything wrong with the lobster.
We usually use freshly cooked Lobsters, however occasionally bad weather or supply issues require us to use previously frozen Lobsters.
Occasionally, due to many different factors such as bad weather, seasonality or restricted supply, some items may be replaced with an alternative of equal value or refunded.

We also recognise seasonal and regional catch opportunities and often for lesser-known species, that although not always viable for the larger boats, represent an important part of local fishing community sustainability for the smaller vessels.
