Crevettes with Gymkhana Tandoori Onion Mayo

An Indian-infused take on the classic prawn cocktail, perfect as a starter or side dish to share, brought to you in collaboration with Gymkhana Fine Foods.

1 lb large prawns (crevettes), peeled and deveined

⁠1/2 Jar Gymkhana Tandoori Onion Chutney

1/4 cup Hellmans mayo

Baby Gem Lettuce

Cherry Tomatoes

1 Avocado

Pea Shoots

1 Radish


1.⁠ ⁠Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2.⁠ ⁠Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque and cooked through.

3.⁠ ⁠Mix the Gymkhana Tandoori Onion Chutney with mayonnaise, whisk until mixed well and smooth.

4. Coat the prawns with the Tandoori Onion mayonnaise.

5. Serve with avocado, tomato, radish, pea shoots and baby gem lettuce.
