1 lb monkfish fillets

1/2 jar classic Gymkhana Tandoori Marinade

⁠1 jar Rogan Josh sauce

Optional: New Potatoes, 1 jar Peanut & Sesame Chutney.


1.⁠ ⁠Marinate the monkfish fillets in the classic Tandoori Marinade for at least 1 hour.

2.⁠ ⁠Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

3.⁠ ⁠Grill the monkfish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.

4.⁠ ⁠Heat the Rogan Josh sauce on the stove for 5 minutes. Serve with the sauce poured over the monkfish fillets.

5. Optional: Serve with boiled new potatoes, once cooked mix with Peanut & Sesame Chutney.
