Grilled Octopus, Olive Oil and Gremolata

Ingredients

1 packet cooked octopus tentacles (defrosted)

Olive oil

1 lemon

1 clove garlic

20g parsley

Instructions

Zest the lemon on a box grater, grate the garlic and finely chop the parsley and add all together

BBQ the octopus, slice and dress with the olive oil and gremolata
