Cucumber canapés with beetroot gravadlax

Ingredients

1 cucumber, thickly sliced 

Crème fraîche

Beetroot gravadlax 

Caviar

Fresh Dill

Lemon

Instructions

  1. Arrange cucumber slices on a platter.
  2. Using a small spatula or back of spoon, spread crème fraîche over each cucumber slice.
  3. Arrange smoked salmon slices on top of each slice.
  4. Top with fresh dill sprigs, caviar and serve with wedge of lemon.
  5. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours before serving.
