Instructions
- Arrange cucumber slices on a platter.
- Using a small spatula or back of spoon, spread crème fraîche over each cucumber slice.
- Arrange smoked salmon slices on top of each slice.
- Top with fresh dill sprigs, caviar and serve with wedge of lemon.
