    Ingredients

    35ml Mermaid Pink Gin

    15ml Aperol 

    20ml Martini Rubino

    To garnish:

    Grapefruit (sliced)

    Basil leaf

    Instructions

    1. Combine Mermaid Pink Gin, Martini Rubino and Aperol in a glass tumbler with ice.

    2. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold.

    3. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a basil leaf.
