Mother's Day Lunch

We have a daily delivery limit and deliveries for Mother's Day weekend are sure to sell out fast. So please pre-order now to avoid disappointment and missing out on getting your Mother's Day food treats.

With limited delivery slots and products available, we recommend ordering as soon as you can to avoid missing out on a showstopping Mother’s Day lunch. All frozen and smoked seafood items can also be stored until you wish to enjoy them.

Fresh Fish Delivery
If ordering fresh (especially live shellfish), please order as close to the date you want to serve. Fresh items delivered on or before Wednesday 6 March will not stay fresh for serving on Sunday 10 March, unless frozen. Please note, live shellfish including oysters, mussels and clams should never be frozen. See our FAQS for more information.

Frozen & Heat at Home
Any items delivered frozen should be stored in the freezer until you wish to enjoy them. Please leave in the fridge for at least 24 hours to fully defrost before cooking (larger Salmon en Croutes and Beef Wellington may take longer).

There are many factors that may impact the availability of seafood, including bad weather and issues with transport. While we will make every effort to deliver our exact specification, we may be forced to make replacements with a similar or better-quality item. Rest assured we will always inform you if we have to make any changes.
