Raised in the cold waters of the Faroe Islands, the VAR Salmon is renowned for its high quality and full-flavoured taste. The farming process is centred around the welfare of the fish, without the use of antibiotics or chemicals. The salmon are farmed in a way that replicates the rough water conditions of their wild cousins, swimming against the current produces salmon that are lean and firm with natural sea-fresh flavour, making them the next best thing to a wild Atlantic salmon.
Supplied to some of the top restaurants in London, these premium VAR salmon are hand prepared. Enjoy their exceptional flavour and texture either grilled, pan-seared or poached.
