Tandoori Monkfish with Gymkhana Rogan Josh Sauce

Marinate monkfish fillets in tandoori marinade, grill until slightly charred, and serve with Gymkhana Rogan Josh sauce. Monkfish, with its lean meaty texture, offers a seafood twist on traditional tandoori dishes. Little cooking time is required - just leave the monkfish to marinate while the sauce does the hard work, allowing you to kick your feet up and relax. Optionally, add boiled new potatoes mixed with Peanut & Sesame Chutney for a complete meal.

Enjoy our Roasted Whole Turbot in Gymkhana's Tandoori Marinade, perfect for a main course or Sunday roast. This 'King of Fish' boasts a firm texture and mild flavour, enhanced with Gymkhana's Tandoori Marinade featuring sweet, spicy, and sour notes from tandoor-roasted Madras onion. Caught off the UK South West Coast, each turbot is hand-prepared by our fishmongers and delivered oven-ready. Available in two sizes: medium (0.9kg-1.1kg, serves 2-3) and large (1.4kg-1.7kg, serves 4-5).

Gymkhana Classic Tandoori Marinated Steak

Order, select and prepare your fresh fish or meat and thoroughly coat in the marinade. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight to intensify and maximise the flavour). When you're ready, simply BBQ, grill or oven cook until done.
