    Our Chef Made products been nominated for the Taste of the West Awards, read more to discover our gold winning products and the story behind these accolades.

    We are thrilled to announce that several of our Chef Made products have been nominated for the Taste of the West Awards, the UK's largest independent regional food group, promoting and supporting outstanding local food and drink from the South West of England, where Wright Brothers At Home is based in Brixham. Our commitment to quality and excellence has been recognised, with six of our products winning gold.

    Taste Of The West Mission

    Their aim is to champion food and drink producers in the West Country, as well as all the places that serve and sell them, to prove that when it comes to what you eat and drink, it really is best in the South West. Taste of the West's mission is to nurture, support, and celebrate the quality, integrity, and provenance of food and drink producers, suppliers, distributors, retailers, and servers of South West food and drink.

    They run an annual awards scheme to ensure high standards are maintained, so look out for the shiny round award logos you see on quality West Country products including our own from Wright Brothers At Home.

    A Land of Wine Wonder

    At Wright Brothers, we constantly seek new flavours and experiences to delight our guests. Recently, a group of our team members embarked on an extraordinary journey to the sun-kissed region of Puglia, Italy. Our destination: the renowned vineyards of San Marzano. Organised by our esteemed wine suppliers, Hallgarten Novum, and hosted by Angelo Cotugno, export manager for San Marzano wine cooperative, this trip promised an exploration of the region's wines and the warm hospitality it is renowned for. 

    Nestled in the southern part of Italy, Puglia, also known as Apulia, is a captivating region that holds a special place in the wine world. With its warm climate and proximity to the sea, Puglia boasts a unique terroir that has nurtured vineyards for centuries. This land, steeped in history and tradition, offers a plethora of flavours waiting to be discovered.
