- Haddock is a lean white flaky fish, rich in Omega 3. The fish is salt cured then gently smoked over oak at the Severn & Wye smokery. The fish retains the smoky flavour and is classically cooked in a pan of milk. Great in kedgeree, fish pie or gratin (as pictured).

As a fresh caught product, due to many different factors such as bad weather conditions and seasonality, product may occasionally be substituted with a similar alternative - we will always notify you of this. The daily fish market closes very early, so when ordering for 'next day' delivery, if fresh fish is unavailable, we will use (previously) frozen fish.
