Roy Brett Takeover

12th JUNE, 6-9PM

Roy Brett chef patron of award winning seafood restaurant Ondine, will be taking over our kitchen for one night only on Tuesday 11th June (6-9pm) as part of London Seafood Festival.

Roy cut his teeth at some top seafood restaurants including Le Caprice and as executive chef at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Cornwall before going on to open Ondine in his home-town of Edinburgh in 2009. Roy will be cooking up a five-course seafood celebration.
