- Half a dozen scallops in Shells (frozen)
- Two steaks with a choice of cut from ribeye (226g x2), sirloin (226g x2), fillet (170g x2) delivered frozen
Freezing meat doesn’t compromise the taste but does eliminate food waste, both at home and at The Wright Brothers. No one wants to see delicious meat thrown away and freezing is nature’s way of preserving and locking in the flavour and nutrients. Our innovative packaging will keep your meat frozen, ready to pop straight in the freezer or defrost for use. We advise that defrosted meat is eaten within 4 days or cooked and refrozen.
Our meat products, just like our fish, is vacuum packed individually so you have full control of your food waste. To defrost frozen items simply place them in cold water for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Larger items are best defrosted overnight in the fridge.
