Caught by day boats from the South West Approaches and hand-picked from the market by our coastal team in Brixham, our Squid is as fresh as it gets! Each squid is then expertly cleaned and cut by our own block men (filleters) and delivered straight to your door, all within 24 hours from when it was caught.
Although available all year round, this locally caught Squid is more abundant during the colder months. It's a wonderfully versatile product that is easy to cook (no harder than cooking prawns) - enjoy grilled, sautéed or dipped in batter and deep-fried as crispy calamari.
