Prepared and filleted by our expert bloc men, these easy-to-cook prime cut fillets can be grilled, fried or poached. A versatile white fish that's perfect for a quick mid-week meal or a romantic main course for two. Less flaky than most white fish- delicious on its own or with strong flavours
