The lobsters are sustainably caught fresh using pots and then carefully cooked to assure that they maintain their natural fresh flavours leaving you with a real treat. How to split a lobster: Place the lobster on a cutting board with its belly side up and tail closest to you. Hold down its tail with one hand; using a sharp knife, start at the center of the lobster where the tail meets the body and cut in half lengthwise. Rotate the lobster so that the head is closest to you; repeat, cutting through its body and head.
- 400-600g live weight (Please note that lobsters lose an average of 10-15% weight once cooked. Expected net weight of the medium cooked lobster is approximately 350-550g.)
Please consume within 3 days if kept refrigerated or follow instructions on the product label. For later consumption, please store product in the freezer in its sealed packaging once delivered. Due to being a fresh caught product, occasionally we might have to replace product of equal value.
