An elegant single-serve Cod Wellington that brings together comfort and home cooking. A premium fillet of cod is wrapped in a smooth, herbed cream cheese filling, delicately blended with fresh chives, parsley, and dill, then finished with crispy, salty pancetta to enhance its natural flavour.

- Use within 3 days of defrosting, do not refreeze after defrosting
Will be dispatched frozen, and will arrive partially defrosted
Salmon en Croute
- Defrost the Cod Wellington in the fridge over night until fully defrosted
- Preheat the oven to 190°c - gas mark 5.
- Remove the film from the tray, and place the Cod in the preheated oven for 10 minutes
- Turn down the oven and cook the Cod for a further 10-12 minutes.
- Rest the Cod for 5-10 minutes before serving.
