Responsibly sourced and from sustainable stocks, the tuna are caught using fishing methods which eliminate by-catch and limits the damage to the ocean. A fantastic source of protein for a healthy diet, they can be cooked simply just like your favourite beef steak in order to fully appreciate the quality. A beautiful deep red, colour variations can be expected depending on where the loin was cut.
