The Steelhead is the same species as the rainbow trout, but naturally migrates to the sea. It loves the space and volume of mineral-rich Atlantic water to swim against in remote Scottish sea lochs, where it is slow-grown with the highest welfare standards. It turns silvery, and grows big and athletic – this is a lean, oily fish, packed full of Omega 3s, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Iodine and Selenium. If you like salmon, you’ll love Steelhead
