Flat iron steak is a nicely marbled cut, full of flavour, rich, tender and juicy. Ideal for quick easy weekday meals. Simply coat with oil, salt & pepper and throw on the grill over high heat. Although flavourful enough to be enjoyed on it's own, this type of cut benefits from a marinade and often takes on the flavours of the ingredients it is combined with. Don't cook this steak above medium, it's best served medium rare.

No one wants to see delicious meat thrown away and freezing is nature’s way of preserving and locking in the flavour and nutrients. Our innovative packaging will keep your meat frozen, ready to pop straight in the freezer or defrost for use. We advise that defrosted meat is eaten within 4 days or cooked and refrozen.
Our meat products, just like our fish, is vacuum packed individually so you have full control of your food waste. To defrost frozen items simply place them in cold water for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Larger items are best defrosted overnight in the fridge.
