 Meet Wine Expert Melissa Worrall

Melissa Worrall is joining us from our Wine Partner, Hallgarten & Novum Wines to share five wines which have been influenced by women.

Beginning her career in her native Barossa Valley, Melissa experienced all facets of winery life from Cellar Door to pruning to pump overs. Now London based with a Diploma of Wine & Spirits and over 15 years industry experience, Melissa can also add wine Buying, Selling and Marketing to her resume. Presently, Melissa is a Master of Wine student and Brand Manager for Italy, Eastern Europe and UK at Hallgarten & Novum Wines.

Tatjana was inspired to become a chef when she was 14 and two short years later, that ambition was realised when she started working as a chef at just 16. Over the past 20 years she has made the most of every opportunity to develop her culinary skills and find her own style. Tatjana is naturally creative and believes in cooking as an art and loves to see how diners react to her food.
