Seggiano Fusilli Pasta is made from a premium, high-density Tuscan organic durum wheat cultivated in the pristine Orcia Valley, in sunny Southern Tuscan. It is slow dried at a low temperature and formed using bronze moulds, to help the fusilli pasta achieve its firm consistency and excellent flavouring.
The organic pasta is bronze drawn with a matte texture that binds perfectly to sauces. With its iconic corkscrew shape, this particular pasta is great for holding both thick and thin sauces. A staple kitchen ingredient that can be used any day of the week, for midweek family meals, date nights and gatherings.
