"Vineyards close to the sea have a natural affinity with seafood. Domaine La Croix Gratiot in Languedoc is cooled by sea breezes which gives a gentleness to the climate and therefore the wines.
Citrus, pear and a little floral spice on the nose give elegance. The gentle Mediteranean spice of the Monkfish dish marry very well with a superb wine like Picpoul de Pinet."
