A place where pigs can roam free for most of their life whilst eating acorns, herbs and roots of shrubs.
With this varied diet, the sliced Chorizo Ibérico produces the richest flavours which are further enhanced by the producers at Extrem by adding a mixture of spices during the curing process.
Our sliced chorizo is delivered to your door ready to add to your charcuterie boards and enjoy in the warm sunshine with a glass of crisp white wine. This product is best enjoyed after being allowed to warm to room temperature.
Please store in the fridge. Once opened, it is advised to wrap in clingfilm and consume within 10 days.
