The Salcombe Meat Company first started in 2014 with just six Devon Closewool sheep in a Salcombe orchard. Eight years on and they are now proud owners of a thriving farm, award-winning butchery and farm shop, continuing their dedication to hand-rear their own traditional breed, slow grown, grass-fed animals. Pasties are produced on a site which handles soya, milk, celery, mustard, sulphite, barley.
1. Always cook from frozen.
2. Preheat oven to 180C.
3. Brush top of pasty with either eggwash or milk.
4. Place in oven for 45-50mins or until golden brown
5. For best results, rest for 45 minutes and serve warm
