The heirloom garbanzo beans are gigantic, tender and packed full of flavour. They are gloriously versatile and can be enjoyed in several ways. Our favourite is to crisp them up in the oven for a crunchy outer layer with a soft centre – a perfect addition to summer salads with smoked fish and cured meats. These delicious chickpeas are ready to eat straight from the jar, or you can simply heat them through by roasting in the oven.
