We’re incredibly excited that for ONE NIGHT ONLY on Thursday 14th March, celebrated chef, restauranteur and long-time friend of Wright Brothers, Mark Hix will be taking over our Battersea kitchen!

Hix and Wright Brothers go way back as one of our first wholesale customers and an avid fan of oysters. To this day Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy and his menus showcase an unrivalled knowledge of ingredients with provenance. He was deservedly awarded an MBE in 2017 for his services to hospitality.

Hix has specially crafted an exclusive 5 course feast for the evening, which celebrates the simplicity of cooking with seasonal and sustainable ingredients, including home grown peas and seafood sourced from the Brixham coast.
