Montgomery’s Cheddar – rich, brothy & savoury flavours all combine with a crystalline texture made with raw cows’ milk.
Sparkenhoe Blue – added to the Sparkenhoe family of cheese in late 2017 this is a deeply savoury blue cheese with a rich dense & chewy texture.
