Eating Out & Staying Safe

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to ensure we provide a safe space for our team members to work and guests to eat out and enjoy themselves. Only Wright Brothers Borough Market and Battersea are open, we will keep you updated when we decide to open our other restaurants. We have limited the number of bookings we take to ensure your safety and installed separation screens in our Borough Market restaurant.


LOCK DOWN PART 2

From Thursday 4th November until Wednesday 2nd December both our Battersea and Borough Market restaurants will temporarily close. We are working on providing takeaway or click and collect, so please stay posted! In the meantime we will de providing our fresh, restaurant quality seafood to your home via Wright Brothers At Home. (Free nationwide delivery when you spend over £50).


OUR RESERVATION POLICY

Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our new booking policy. We take the safety of our staff and guests extremely seriously and are trying our best to keep things as normal as possible however, you will notice some changes.

We kindly ask that if you or anyone in your household have any symptoms Covid-19 or have tested positive in the last 14 days that you cancel your reservation and stay at home. We are taking bookings inside our Borough Market restaurant and have installed screens in the restaurant for your safety. Due to social distancing measures we will have limited tables available so please book in advance. Our outdoor seating in the market has now closed

We request that you make your reservation online and avoid calling or emailing unless essential. Bookings are highly recommended (especially at Borough Market) and will be prioritised, walk-ins will be accommodated where possible. When making a reservation at 8pm or later, please bear in mind that we are required to close our restaurants by 10pm, so all tables will be required to finish in line with the curfew.

Please be aware that limits on the number of people you can see socially have changed in line with Tier 2 rules. At Battersea our riverside terrace is now equipped with heaters, perfect if you’re looking to dine with a mix of household (up to 6). For guests dining indoors all parties should be from one household or support bubble, unless it is a business meeting, in which case you must not meet in a group of more than 6. All bookings are therefore limited to a maximum of up to 6 people at Battersea and Borough Market. We will have to be strict on dwell times, to allow for a thorough cleaning between all sittings and there is a cover charge of £10 per person if you no-show on the day or cancel with less than 12 hours notice (card required at time of booking).

We kindly ask that children are supervised and seated at the table at all times.

Please arrive promptly at the time of your booking to ensure that we have enough time to sanitise each new table and avoid a queue forming. We will hold your table for 10 minutes and will release it automatically after this time. We will also be encouraging all guests to complete our online Test & Trace form in-line with government guidelines. Your data will not be used for any other purposes (unless you also opt-in to our marketing communications) and will be deleted after 21 days.

UPCOMING OYSTER MASTERCLASSESS

Due to the November lock down we unfortunately will not be hosting our Oyster Masterclasses for the time being. We will announce when we release tickets for 2021.


OUR HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Full and thorough training of all employees on essential hygiene, physical distancing and appropriate risks associated with operating in a Covid-safe workplace.

Mandatory daily staff Covid briefings and hand washing every thirty minutes.

Conducting a health assessment for all employees prior to every service and isolating any staff member showing symptoms.

The restaurant layout adapted to ensure physical distancing throughout.

A traffic system in place, to avoid unnecessary close contact with our floor staff or other guests

All menus and napkins are single use, disposable, made with compostable material

We have reviewed our service procedures to ensure we maintain our normal high levels of service, yet visit tables less often, with individual members of staff allocated to your table where possible

We will be using contactless payments only to prevent handling of cash

Tables will be disinfected and reset in-between each new booking

Anti-viral sanitisers used throughout the restaurant

Entry hand sanitising points available for each guest. Please regularly wash and/or sanitise your hands throughout your visit

We ask that you refrain from visiting our restaurants if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19.
