ETHICS

There’s never need for negative impact – that’s how we see it anyway. Our passion for providing safe, responsibly sourced seafood forms the basis of our business because without it, we wouldn’t have a business.

We do not serve any species that are listed as ‘Endangered’ by the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red (IUCN) List of threatened species. We work with Fishermen and Aquaculture Farmers to source and farm in an environmentally aware manner, and include our responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act in our sourcing policy.

We regularly review our policy to ensure it meets the very high standards we have set ourselves and we enable this through working with some of the world’s leading experts in Sustainability and Responsible Sourcing of Fish and Seafood together with our buyers and suppliers. We are committed to the continual learning, change and development required to reach our goal of being 100% sustainable.

Whether it’s people or provenance, giving something back or making something better, we apply our heads and hearts to it. That’s why we work with Action Against Hunger and why we train our people, carefully choose our sources and make working fun.
