Junior Sous Chef


Calling all seafood lovers! We are looking to expand our family with an experienced and talented Junior Sous Chef at our Soho restaurant. It will be your job to work as part of the kitchen team, supporting our Senior Sous Chef with duties such as inventory, kitchen staff management and food preparation. You will have at least one year’s experience in a similar role, be adaptable and looking to learn and progress in the kitchen. You will also be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment, have high standards and care about the food we serve.
