Being independent has allowed The Wright Brothers to select the finest oysters from the most reputable oyster farms throughout the UK and France. They offer a unique range of twelve different Pacific and native oysters, from the pristine grade A waters off the western Scottish Isles, across to the creeks of Colchester, down to the magical clay-bottomed “Speciale de Claires’’ beds of South West France.

The Falmouth oyster gatherers use zero-carbon boats to protect the wild native oysters that would diminish if higher technology was used. The oysters are always in their prime. The Wright Brothers are one of London’s main distributors of the mollusks.
