We are now the proud owners of Cornish Mussels...

 

Cornish Mussels operate a rope grown mussel farm in King Harry Passage, Feock, Nr Falmouth and has a depuration plant in Falmouth Docks. Production last year was 200 tonnes and has facilities to expand production to 300 tonnes per year. The farm was originally set up in 2001, and is now well equiped with 10 Spanish style mussel rafts, workboats, a 100 ft harvesting barge, cranes and other plant.
The mussel farm has a very compact depuration plant which has capacity for depurating 3 tonnes at a pass (6-9 tonnes per week) in our Falmouth plant.
 Cornish Mussels are currently supplying up to 1 tonne a week to wholesalers and restaurants throughout the South of England.
