Trimbach Wine Dinner
6.30pm 16 May 2017
Join us for an exclusive dinner with Trimbach at our Spitalfields restaurant. Head chef Richard Kirkwood has created a bespoke menu designed to play to the strengths of these fantastic wines.
On the evening enjoy oysters to start (natural, dressed, cooked and smoked), smoked cod “foie gras” terrine with pickled wild alexanders & sourdough toast, and for the main course pan-fried hand dived Hebridean scallops with an Alsatian cassoulet of cannellini beans, smoked pancetta & sausage finished with herbs & breadcrumbs.
