Ingredients

Whole Brill

1/2 bunch parsley

1/2 bunch dill

1/2 bunch tarragon

1/2 bunch chives

2 each garlic cloves

1 each Thai chili

200 ml olive oil

To taste salt & pepper

1/2 lemon, juice of

Instructions

  1. Allow the fish to reach room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Oil, salt, and pepper the fish skin.
  3. Grill under the oven for 12-25 minutes until the skin is crispy and browned.
  4. Meanwhile blend all the ingredients used to make the salsa verde until smooth.
  5. Brush the fish with salsa verde and serve.
