Ingredients

⁠1 lb salmon fillets

1/4 cup Gymkhana Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade

Optional, serve with tomato salad with coriander leaves and Gymkhana Tandoori Onion Chutney.

Instructions

1.⁠ ⁠Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.⁠ ⁠Marinate the salmon fillets in the Gymkhana Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade for at least 30 minutes.

3.⁠ ⁠Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

4.⁠ ⁠Serve hot.

5. For the tomato salad, add half a jar of Gymkhana Tandoori Onion Chutney and a drizzle of olive oil to the tomatoes, mix well and serve with chopped coriander.
